2025 Autumn Meeting
The 2025 Autumn meeting of the Acoustical Society of Japan will be held from September 10 to Sptember 12, 2025 at Tohoku Institute of Technology.
APPLICATION DEADLINE : June 4 , 2025(From May 20).
PAPER SUBMISSION DEADLINE: July 16, 2025(From July 7) .
THIS DEADLINE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Online application for the meeting will be available from May 20 to June 4, 2025.
Online paper submission site will be open from July 7, 2025 to July 16, 2025.
Authors are recommended to submit their applications/papers for the meeting via the online application form.
The proceedings of the meeting will be published in electrical files(pdf). A booklet of collected abstracts and the meeting program will be distributed at the meeting site. Authors are therefore required to submit a two-page or four-page PAPER and a one-page ABSTRACT in PDF format. Authors must submit their papers with the same number of pages (2 or 4) that have been registered in the application form.

Application Submission
May 20 to June 4, 2025
You can submit the application via online application form. Detailed information is given in the online application form. If you are a candidate for the Student Presentation Award and the Awaya Prize, you must register for the award candidate in the authors list.
THIS DEADLINE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Paper Format
(1) 2-page or 4-page paper
- Paper of less than 1 MB should be prepared in PDF format.(A4 (210mm × 297mm))
- A LaTeX style file

・LaTeX（For Windows/Mac （Shift-JIS）ZIP)
and a template for MS-WORD are available. - If you do not use the style file or the template, please keep the following margins.

(2) One-page abstract
- A one-A4(210mm × 297mm)-page abstract portrait layout of less than 500 kB should be prepared in PDF format.
Caution: International-letter-size PDF will not be acceptable.

Bottom margin 15 (mm) - Put your paper number, the title of your paper and the author’s name(s) on it.
Your abstract sheet will be reduced in size and four abstract sheets will be arranged on one page.

Manuscript Submission
Please submit your paper via the online submission system.
Online paper submission site will be open from July 7, 2025 to July 16, 2025.
THE DEADLINE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. LATE PAPERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Presentation Fee
The presentation fee is 5,610 JPY per each paper. Authors are expected to pay the fee as soon as their applications are accepted. Once a paper is accepted, the author(s) must pay the fee even if the application is withdrawn.

Early Registration Fee
The early registration fee is 10,000 JPY for members of the ASJ, 5,000 JPY for life members, 3,000 JPY for student members, 6,600 JPY for non student members and 27,500 JPY for non-members. The fee for a copy of the CD e-booklet is included in the registration fee. Late Registration Fee
The on-site registration fee for the meeting is 20,000 JPY for members of the ASJ, 10,000 JPY for life members, 6,000 JPY for student members, 13,200 JPY for non student members and 38,500 JPY for non-members. The fee for a copy of the CD e-booklet is included in the registration fee.
Presentation preparation

Oral session: Allotted time 15 min. (10-12 min. presentation + 3-5 min. Q&A)

Poster session: Details will be announced after the technical program is completed.
